Post-Doctoral fellows are the motive force and top-level power in science. IBSCA is eager to promote contribution of post-doctoral research in neuroscience field in the Ariel University. To this end, IBSCA plans to develop special post-doctoral program, which will

1. encourage Ph.D. graduates in Israel and around the globe to engage in post-doctoral research at Ariel University

2. allocate a limited number of fellowships for outstanding post-doctoral research projects

3. suggest PI position to post-doctoral fellows with outstanding publication record  

4. encourage incorporation of women into post-doctoral program

5. allocate fellowships for a year post-doctoral extension of successful Ph.D. research
